I want to get my waist slimmed down, an inch would be nice but any amount would be good.
In my genetics I have wider hips and bigger thighs, I want to get those slimmed down as well.
I want to get into shape and have the body I want while I'm still young. I believe I have a decent amount of self esteem, I just want to improve my body and myself.
July-Early November 2010, I was 105 pounds, but since I had let my eating habits go I've gained 20 pounds unhealthily. My goal is to work out more, and lose weight.
I'll benefit from getting thinner and stronger because I am a runner. I run cross country and I used to run track (Right now I'm doing way too many things so I can't do it this year) To anyone who wants to lose weight or get stronger I fully support you.
I know I post a lot of pictures of girls that may not be healthy. I just want to say I don't promote eating disorders; a friend I'm really close to had anorexia and I know it's hell for someone to go through. I post pictures because I admire them or I find them attractive (I know I don't post a lot of pictures of overweight girls, this doesn't mean they aren't as pretty, beautiful, or gorgeous as the girls I do post) This whole war with posts of girls that are too skinny is really ridiculous to me so I'd appreciate it if people would please leave it alone.
